Early Years Educator – Nursery (Bristol)

About the role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Hengrove, Bristol. You will support children’s development, inspire curiosity and help them thrive in a nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff in their daily duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to maintain required standards.
• Implement key‑carer procedures and allocate children to key‑carers.
• Ensure practice meets Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
• Provide professional feedback to parents and carers.
• Promote the nursery to existing and prospective families.
• Develop positive working relationships with staff, parents and carers.

• Enthusiastic, caring and child‑focused attitude.
• Ability to support and supervise a team.
• Strong communication with parents and colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering EYFS standards.

• Salary £26,437‑£28,080 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) with regular pay reviews.
