Early Years Practitioner – Hexham and surrounding areas

About the role

Ripple Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) practitioners to join its team in Hexham and nearby locations. You will work directly with children, supporting their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development while collaborating with school staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑standard care and learning experiences for children.
• Support school staff in facilitating children’s participation in academic and social activities.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities in line with the daily routine.
• Assist children with personal care and monitor their wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s development as directed.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure constant supervision.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK.
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Qualified under the approved ‘full and relevant’ Early Years criteria.
