About the role
The Early Years Nursery in Kidlington is seeking passionate Teachers and Educators to join its on‑site team on a full‑time basis. You will work directly with young children, delivering innovative and compassionate educational experiences that align with the nursery’s holistic philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans.
- Facilitate learning activities that incorporate neuroscience‑based therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain an empathetic communication style with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Adapt teaching methods to support each child’s holistic development.
- Collaborate with the wider staff team to continuously improve educational practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong background in lesson planning and teaching.
- Experience in early childhood education is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
