Ecommerce Executive

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing ecommerce business operating in the retail and lifestyle sector. They are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their digital team and help drive online performance, improve the customer journey and support day‑to‑day trading across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day ecommerce trading and onsite activity across digital channels.
• Create and manage product listings, descriptions, imagery and pricing updates.
• Maintain website merchandising, collections, homepage updates and promotional activity.
• Monitor product performance, customer behaviour and trading trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, merchandising and customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience within ecommerce, digital trading or online retail.
• Commercially minded with strong organisational skills.
• Permanent right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Access to a car for commuting to the North East Glasgow office.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with marketplace channels.
• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
