Ecommerce Manager – Fashion Brand (Hybrid, up to £55k)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing contemporary fashion brand that delivers elevated, trend‑led collections. As the Ecommerce Manager you will own the online trading strategy, ensuring the website provides an exceptional customer journey while driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day trading and performance of the ecommerce website.
• Coordinate product launches, campaign activations, seasonal collections and promotional events.
• Optimise category pages, product listings and onsite merchandising to maximise engagement and sales.
• Maintain the digital trading calendar and ensure timely delivery of all website activity.
• Continuously review the customer journey and implement usability, navigation and conversion improvements.
• Partner with developers to deliver new website features and platform enhancements.
• Develop and execute CRO initiatives to boost onsite performance.
• Own online revenue targets and analyse key ecommerce metrics such as conversion, average order value and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to improve acquisition, retention and loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or senior ecommerce trading role within fashion, retail or lifestyle.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving online sales performance.
• Hands‑on experience working with Shopify.
• Excellent knowledge of ecommerce trading, onsite merchandising and digital customer journeys.
