Education Manager

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Education Manager to act as the primary scientific liaison with dental schools across the UK and Ireland. In this field‑based position you will translate oral‑health research into engaging educational experiences, building lasting relationships with faculty and students.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture long‑term partnerships with faculty and student stakeholders at 44 dental schools.
• Design and deliver hands‑on workshops and scientific presentations showcasing product innovations.
• Organise networking events and community oral‑health initiatives to foster brand ambassadorship.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agencies to create educational assets for the Professional Education Hub and social media.
• Provide market intelligence on student needs and trends to Scientific Affairs and Marketing.
• Manage the Advertising & Promotional budget and track engagement metrics using digital tools.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated leader comfortable with public speaking and relationship management.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Passion for scientific storytelling and education within the dental field.
