Electrical Assembler – Full‑time Production Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated Electrical Assemblers to join a busy manufacturing environment in Southampton. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and offers a clear pathway from temporary to permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to technical drawings and schematics.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting to verify functionality of assembled units.
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Support mechanical assembly tasks when required.
• Ensure all work complies with company quality and safety policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical assembly, production or manufacturing.
• Ability to work accurately with small component parts, demonstrating steady hand‑eye coordination.
• Must reside in the Greater Southampton area and be able to work full‑time.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical assemblies
