Electrical Project Manager (Estimating / Construction)

About the role

Join a historic, rapidly expanding electrical contractor that works on high‑end projects ranging from listed buildings and cathedrals to modern office spaces. This internal, office‑based position will see you manage multiple large‑scale electrical projects while also preparing tender quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from tender stage through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations for upcoming works, monitoring performance from initial tender to final account.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders to build rapport and ensure efficient delivery.
• Coordinate site visits and client meetings while maintaining an office‑based schedule (Monday‑Thursday 8‑4, Friday 8‑4:30).

Required profile

• Proven experience managing all aspects of electrical projects in a construction environment.
• Formal qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong background working on both refurbishment and new‑build projects.
