Electrical Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead mission‑critical construction projects for a fast‑growing main contractor. The role offers immediate start and a clear pathway to senior management within a technically innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver large‑scale electrical works on commercial, retail, pharmaceutical or industrial sites.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and client relationships to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Oversee site activities five days a week, including travel to project locations across South East England.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing large‑scale electrical projects in the commercial, retail, pharmaceutical or industrial sectors.
• Willingness to work on‑site five days a week.
• Strong understanding of mission‑critical construction environments.

Required skills

• HV/LV electrical systems.
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.
