Electrical Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑value, technically complex construction project in Leeds. This role sits within a fast‑growing main contractor and offers exposure to a diverse portfolio that includes manufacturing facilities and data centre builds.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on‑site MEP team, ensuring electrical works are delivered to quality, safety, budget and programme targets.
• Coordinate daily with the wider construction team, subcontractors and key stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
• Monitor health & safety, quality and regulatory compliance throughout the site lifecycle.
• Report progress, risks and issues to senior leadership and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on large‑scale industrial, manufacturing or data‑centre projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex MEP/electrical packages on time and within budget.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Leeds or stay away as required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety and quality.
