Electrical Supervisor – Fixed Wire Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our Fixed Wire testing team in the London region. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of safety, service quality, and productivity across field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor engineer activity, meeting productivity targets and SLA compliance.
• Process PDA timesheets, verify site times and ensure correct PDA usage.
• Monitor customer portal usage and resolve overtime and travel time discrepancies.
• Promote safe driving standards, review vehicle usage and investigate poor driving practices.
• Oversee employee absence, holidays and sickness management.
• Conduct onsite audits (Health & Safety, vehicle, technical) and provide training/support where needed.
• Lead onboarding of new starters, probation reviews and leaver processes.
• Champion diversity and inclusion across the workforce.

Required profile

• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical testing and compliance services.
• Strong leadership ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Logical decision‑making and sound judgment.
• Solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety.
• Confident communication with clients and colleagues at all levels.
