Electrical Supervisor

About the role

FindCore is supporting a leading electrical contracting firm in hiring an Electrical Supervisor for their Leyland office. The role involves leading a site team across the North West of England, ensuring high‑quality electrical installations are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, support and motivate a site team on a daily basis.
• Oversee and perform high‑quality electrical installations, including control panels, containment and field devices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review drawings and monitor progress against programme.
• Assign tasks, manage workload and conduct on‑site quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify design or installation problems early.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrician Supervisor, Lead Electrician or similar role.
• Valid Gold JIB/ECS card.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is desirable.
• SSSTS qualification preferred.
