Electrical Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Supervisor will lead the installation, testing and maintenance of large‑scale electrical power generation systems. Working on site, you will ensure all electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical works comply with current regulations, codes and safety standards.
• Lead and support a team of electricians and technicians, allocating tasks and monitoring work quality.
• Supervise installation of wiring, LV panels, inverters and related equipment, and carry out inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot faults, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and clients to plan and execute works according to project timelines.
• Provide accurate progress, material and labour reports.
• Mentor junior staff and keep the team updated on new tools, technologies and compliance standards.
• Manage electrical materials, tools and consumables on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading site teams of electricians in a construction or power‑generation environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, codes and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Ability to allocate tasks, monitor performance and maintain high quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with engineers, project managers and clients.
• Commitment to fostering a safe working culture and continuous improvement.
