About the role
As an Electronic Security Systems Engineer you will install, service and maintain a variety of security solutions for customers across Berkshire and surrounding areas. The role is field‑based, requiring travel to multiple sites and occasional on‑call duties.
Key responsibilities
- Install, service and maintain intruder alarm systems.
- Install and configure CCTV systems, both IP and analogue.
- Carry out fault‑finding and system diagnostics.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
- Respond to reactive service callouts as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Provide excellent on‑site customer service.
Required profile
- Experience with electronic security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Relevant industry qualifications.
