Email Marketing Executive – B2B Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Email Marketing Executive to own the end‑to‑end email process for a global B2B audience. You will work closely with a talented marketing team, turning technical content into engaging campaigns and continuously improving performance through data‑driven insight.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy email campaigns to a worldwide audience.
• Manage audience segmentation and targeting for precise delivery.
• Support migration to and ongoing use of a leading marketing‑automation platform.
• Craft compelling subject lines, messaging and calls‑to‑action to maximise engagement.
• Run A/B tests, analyse results and make performance‑based recommendations.
• Boost campaign visibility via professional social channels, primarily LinkedIn.
• Ensure all communications are accurate, on‑brand and delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and executing email campaigns in a B2B environment.
• Hands‑on familiarity with marketing‑automation or email platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high‑quality output.
• Ability to analyse performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
• Comfortable collaborating within a close‑knit marketing team; LinkedIn experience is a plus.
