EMEA Regulatory Compensation Lead

About the role

Invesco is seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, governance and regulatory oversight of compensation across its EMEA operations. The role will ensure full compliance with complex remuneration regulations such as UCITS V, AIFMD, MiFID PRU and CRD, acting as the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including Boards and Compensation Committees.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and operationalise EMEA remuneration regulations into practical compensation frameworks for multiple legal entities.
• Own governance of EMEA remuneration, including Material Risk Taker identification, deferral, malus and claw‑back rules, and alignment to risk‑adjusted performance.
• Lead end‑to‑end regulatory remuneration disclosures, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness and cross‑jurisdictional alignment.
• Collaborate with HR Leadership, Legal, Risk, Finance, Internal Audit and Compliance to design compliant compensation structures.
• Provide expert advice to senior management and act as Secretary to the EMEA Compensation Committee.
• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning, gap analyses and translate new requirements into policy and design changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading compensation governance and regulatory compliance in an EMEA context.
• Deep knowledge of UCITS V, AIFMD, MiFID PRU, CRD V and related remuneration regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to advise Boards and senior committees.
• Ability to work independently with minimal day‑to‑day oversight.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
