Employee Experience Specialist

About the role

Join a high‑profile, customer‑focused organisation as an Employee Experience Specialist. You will shape culture, engagement and inclusion initiatives while working closely with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organisational development and culture programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and overall employee experience activities.
• Act as the lead for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and support its evolution.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to build leadership capability and manage talent, succession and development initiatives.
• Oversee employee listening activities, engagement surveys and action‑planning processes.
• Lead change and transformation projects from design through implementation and embedding.
• Utilise workforce insights and people data to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong background in organisational development, employee engagement and culture change.
• Experience leading EDI, employee experience or organisational effectiveness programmes.
• Proven project‑management ability to deliver organisation‑wide initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Relevant HR, organisational development or people‑related qualifications.
