Employment Adviser

About the role

Seetec is seeking an Employment Adviser to join its Bath team. In this role you will support participants in overcoming barriers to work, helping them set realistic job goals and guiding them toward sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, providing personalised coaching and mentorship.
• Deliver advice and practical support to help individuals secure and retain employment.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with participants, motivating and challenging them as needed.
• Track progress against targets and maintain accurate case records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a holistic approach to participant support.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £26,500 – £29,545 per year, dependent on experience.
