Employment Law Solicitor / Fee Earner (Graduate & NQ)

About the role

An ambitious North West law firm is expanding its Employment Law department and seeks motivated individuals to join a supportive, claimant‑focused team. You will handle a varied caseload, assisting claimants with workplace issues while developing a long‑term career in a people‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse Employment Law caseload for claimants.
• Provide legal advice and representation on a range of workplace disputes.
• Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to ensure high‑quality, empathetic service.
• Maintain accurate billing records where applicable.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) or experienced Employment Law Fee Earner.
• LPC graduate or Law graduate with a genuine interest in Employment Law.
• Commitment to claimant‑focused, high‑quality legal work.
• Ability to work responsibly within reasonable workloads.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Employment Law principles and practice.
• Effective case management and legal research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
