About the role
We are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our growing Employment Law team. The role involves representing both employees and employers across a wide range of sectors, with a focus on claimant matters to protect workers’ rights.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of employment matters from inception to conclusion.
- Draft legal documents, policies, settlement agreements and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and provide commercially sound advice.
- Represent clients in disputes, grievances, tribunals and advisory hearings.
- Maintain high professional standards and cost‑effective work practices.
- Utilise time‑recording systems and IT tools efficiently.
- Contribute to business development and promote the firm’s employment law services.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with solid experience in employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to handle claimant matters for employees.
- Strong client‑focused approach and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to develop expertise across a broad range of sectors, including regulated professions.
