Employment Lawyer – Full or Part‑Time (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our boutique firm on a full‑time or part‑time basis. The role can be performed on‑site in our City of London office, remotely, or in a hybrid model, offering flexibility while working on a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to SMEs, UK and global corporates, senior executives and employees across the full spectrum of employment law.
• Draft, negotiate and review settlement agreements for a range of sectors.
• Manage Employment Tribunal proceedings, taking increasing autonomy as experience grows.
• Support business development initiatives and help shape the firm’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and senior lawyers, receiving mentorship and direct client access.

Required profile

• 2–7+ years post‑qualification experience in employment law, with both advisory and contentious work.
• Strong commercial sense, attention to detail and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Self‑motivated, takes ownership of work and delivers high‑quality client service.
• Exceptional newly‑qualified solicitors may also be considered.
