Employment Lawyer

About the role

We are partnering with a growing boutique law firm in Central London to expand its employment team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive employment law advice to a diverse client base, ranging from SMEs to global corporations and senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise SMEs, UK and global corporates, senior executives and employees on the full spectrum of employment law.
• Negotiate and draft settlement agreements across all sectors.
• Manage Employment Tribunal litigation, taking increasing autonomy as experience grows.
• Support business development by generating ideas, building relationships and shaping the firm’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder, benefiting from mentorship and genuine partnership.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts simply.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without a pre‑existing client following.
