About the role
A leading law firm is expanding its Employment team in London and seeks an Employment Paralegal. You will work alongside solicitors and partners, gaining hands‑on experience across both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.
Key responsibilities
- Support solicitors on a varied caseload of employment law matters.
- Draft employment contracts, settlement agreements and other legal correspondence.
- Prepare case bundles, witness statements and other tribunal documentation.
- Conduct legal research on employment law issues.
- Assist with Employment Tribunal preparation and proceedings.
- Maintain accurate case files and records.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an employment law role within a law firm.
- Strong drafting and legal research abilities.
- Experience supporting advisory or tribunal employment matters.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
