Employment Solicitor (2-5 PQE) – Hybrid – £50k-£70k

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join our Marlow office on a hybrid basis. You will inherit a quality caseload and have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships while working on a balanced mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Employment Tribunal claims and related litigation.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Advise on redundancies, restructures and TUPE transactions.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies and handbooks.
• Negotiate settlement agreements and restrictive covenants for senior executives.
• Provide corporate support on employment aspects of business transactions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across a diverse portfolio.

Required profile

• 2–5 years PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
• Exposure to advising employer clients (claimant experience welcomed).
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills.
• Commercial mindset with ambition to progress within a growing team.
