Employment Solicitor (2-5 PQE) – Hybrid – Up to £60k

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor with 2‑5 years of post‑qualification experience to join a growing specialist team in Bath. The role offers genuine responsibility, direct client contact and the chance to influence the future development of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employers and employees on contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.
• Handle employment disputes, disciplinary and grievance issues, investigations and discrimination claims.
• Draft settlement agreements, manage restructures and provide day‑to‑day HR advisory support.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, contributing to business development.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑5 years PQE in employment law.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver high‑quality advice.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to relationship building.
• Ambitious, eager to take on responsibility and contribute to team growth.

Required skills
