Employment Solicitor – 5+ PQE

About the role

Join a highly respected employment team within a Legal 500‑ranked firm, advising a strong portfolio of national and international employer clients. You will manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non‑contentious matters, helping to shape the firm’s employment practice.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Employment Tribunal claims and provide day‑to‑day employment advice.
• Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Deliver client training and seminars as required.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Strong technical grounding in both contentious and advisory employment matters.
• Commercially minded, client‑focused and ambitious.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to practice growth.
