Employment Solicitor – Hybrid, Bath or Somerset

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join our growing team in Bath or Somerset. This position offers a hybrid working model and the chance to work on a diverse range of employment law matters within a collaborative, commercially focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice to businesses, senior executives and individuals on contentious and non‑contentious employment issues.
• Manage employment disputes, workplace investigations, restructures and TUPE transactions.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and other employment contracts.
• Deliver day‑to‑day HR and employment law guidance.
• Collaborate closely with corporate and commercial teams on cross‑functional matters.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and approachable with strong client‑relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and practical problem‑solving abilities.
• Capable of managing a varied caseload independently.
• Open to candidates at any PQE level, including newly qualified solicitors.
