Employment Solicitor (NQ to 3 PQE) – West Sussex

About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified to 3‑year PQE Employment Solicitor to join our growing Employment Law team in West Sussex. This position offers a fast‑track development path, working with a high‑quality, employer‑focused client base that includes both UK and international businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employers on both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims from inception to resolution.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR and employment law advice to clients.
• Deliver training sessions and seminars on employment law topics.
• Support clients with complex and sensitive employment issues.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 years PQE in employment law.
• Experience from a training contract or post‑qualification role in employment law.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when advising employer clients.
• Proactive, personable approach to client care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
