About the role

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded employment team in Manchester. The role involves both contentious and non‑contentious work, offering a dynamic environment with hybrid working options.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employment tribunal litigation and advise on HR matters.
• Assist with complex restructures, redundancies and TUPE transactions.
• Provide guidance on workplace investigations and deliver practical advice to clients.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 4 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong drafting ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent client communication and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues.

Required skills

• Employment law expertise, including tribunal practice.
• Knowledge of HR, restructuring, redundancy and TUPE processes.
