Employment Solicitor – Professional Support Lawyer (Hybrid)

About the role

This position is for an experienced Employment Solicitor who will act as a Professional Support Lawyer, providing technical expertise and knowledge management across a diverse client base. You will help the team stay current with legal developments and deliver high‑quality advice.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation and case law.
• Translate complex legal updates into practical guidance for lawyers and clients.
• Design and deliver internal training programmes and onboarding sessions.
• Produce client‑facing content such as articles, briefings, webinars and seminars.
• Support the employment team with research, drafting and analytical work.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years post‑qualification experience in UK employment law.
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and capable of managing own workload.
• Interest in knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
