Employment Solicitor – UK Employment Law Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Employment Solicitor to join a leading global professional services firm's highly‑rated Employment team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on a wide range of UK employment law matters and help grow client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on employment status, equal pay, holiday pay and National Minimum Wage issues.
• Handling Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution.
• Conducting employment due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Managing regulatory and compliance matters.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Supporting business development and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proven experience advising on employment status, holiday pay, equal pay, and Employment Tribunal claims.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet client deadlines consistently.
• Strong client relationship management with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience working on corporate transactions and broader employment law projects.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
