Employment Tax Senior Manager – Advisory Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team in the City of London. This hybrid role (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) offers the chance to advise a diverse client base on complex employment tax matters while contributing to the expansion of our Employer Services offering.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on PAYE, National Insurance and employment status issues.
• Support clients through HMRC enquiries, reviews and investigations.
• Deliver guidance on benefits, P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements.
• Advise on global mobility, expatriate tax and employee share‑scheme compliance.
• Conduct PAYE health checks, risk reviews and cross‑border employment tax projects.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• CTA qualification (or equivalent) with strong employment tax experience.
• Proven knowledge of PAYE, benefits compliance and global mobility taxation.
• Hands‑on experience handling HMRC enquiries and investigations.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver practical client‑focused advice.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
