Enforcement Agent – Brighton

About the role

Join Bristow & Sutor as a certificated Enforcement Agent covering Brighton and surrounding areas. You will work directly with customers to recover debts while providing professional and compassionate service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses to discuss debt recovery.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and take payments.
• Take control of goods when required, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerable customers and follow appropriate referral pathways.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence handling difficult and sensitive conversations.
• Ability to stay calm, firm and fair while meeting targets.
• Good time‑management and self‑organisation.
• Full UK manual driving licence and clean credit record.

• Basic salary £26,441–£28,460 per year, with commission and bonus potential up to £65,000.
