Enterprise Account Director – Managed Service Provider (MSP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive new‑logo acquisition and strategic account growth within our fast‑growing Managed Service Provider business. The role is hybrid, based in Camberley with UK travel as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Build and manage a pipeline across professional services, healthcare, financial services, legal and property sectors.
• Develop tailored business cases, respond to RFPs and deliver C‑level presentations.
• Articulate the value of MSP offerings including Managed Services, Cloud, Security, Backup/DR and Connectivity.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to design best‑fit solutions and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through new logos and account expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the UK MSP/IT services market.
• Proven track record selling recurring managed services to mid‑market or enterprise customers.
• Consultative selling approach with strong pipeline generation and closing skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to engage both technical and non‑technical buyers.
• Full UK driving licence.
