Enterprise AI Architect – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead the design, delivery, governance and adoption of AI solutions across our modern technology ecosystem. This senior individual‑contributor role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, solution architecture, project delivery and business enablement, based in London with occasional on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Snowflake AI (Cortex) and Salesforce Agentforce.
• Establish AI architecture standards, governance frameworks and best‑practice guidelines.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases, build business cases and manage initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Coordinate delivery partners and ensure successful project execution.
• Deliver AI training, create user guides, playbooks and champion responsible AI adoption.

Required profile

• Based in the UK with full right to work and able to work on‑site 2‑3 days per week in London.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Snowflake Cortex AI and Salesforce Agentforce.
• Knowledge of Snowflake SQL and the broader Snowflake AI ecosystem.
• Track record of driving technology adoption and user enablement programmes.
• Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

What we offer
