Entertainment Industry Relations Intern – London

About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Entertainment Industry Relations Intern to support the EIR Manager in London. The role offers hands‑on experience in fashion communications, talent dressing and sample logistics within a fast‑moving luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange domestic and international shipments with multiple couriers, track deliveries and ensure samples are delivered and returned on time.
- Manage the VIP Sample Cupboard, handling send‑outs and tracking samples accurately using Fashion GPS.
- Coordinate with the Global Entertainment Industry Relations team to secure samples for talent dressing, overseeing shipping logistics, store pulls, consignments and timely returns.
- Support talent dressing appointments by preparing fitting rooms and providing back‑of‑house assistance.
- Prepare for and oversee the annual inventory of the VIP Sample Cupboard.
- Assist the Communications team with local activations, including guest‑list management, talent travel and accommodation, dressing, gifting and on‑site support.
- Manage seasonal talent gifting and product activations, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Retail and Head Office teams to maintain strong relationships, share information and secure necessary approvals.
- Create well‑presented PowerPoint decks for approvals and reporting.
- Provide proactive support to the wider Communications team across functions.
- Handle sensitive information and high‑profile talent interactions with discretion and professionalism.
- Stay connected to London’s cultural scene and contribute insights on music, film, sport and theatre.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in fashion communications, entertainment or talent management.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication abilities, demonstrating discretion and professionalism at all times.
