About the role

Join Foxtons as an Entry Level Business Development Executive and become the front line of a leading London estate agency. You will be trained from day one to master cold calling, negotiation and the London property market while working towards clear KPIs and ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through high‑volume outbound calls.
• Build rapport quickly and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop expert knowledge of the property market and Foxtons’ services.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive sales environment.

Required profile

• Motivated go‑getter with a strong interest in sales.
• Competitive, target‑driven and resilient communicator.
• Ambitious and eager to progress quickly based on results.
• Customer‑facing experience in a fast‑paced role is desirable but not mandatory.
