Entry-Level Business Development Manager

About the role

We are expanding our presence across Edinburgh and the wider UK and are looking for ambitious individuals to join us as Entry-Level Business Development Managers. You will receive hands‑on training while representing major brands and supporting customer acquisition in real‑world environments.

Key responsibilities

• Represent leading brands directly to customers and businesses during events, field marketing and B2B campaigns.
• Assist in acquiring new customers and driving market growth.
• Develop communication and negotiation skills through live client interactions.
• Learn how campaigns are created, managed and scaled.
• Collaborate with experienced leaders in a performance‑focused team.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with a competitive or ambitious mindset.
• Enjoys fast‑paced environments and is interested in business, marketing, sales or leadership.

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
