Entry Level Graduate Sales Consultant – Telesales

About the role

This is an entry‑level, graduate‑focused telesales position based in Glasgow City Centre. You will join a fast‑growing consultancy that supports SMEs across the UK and Ireland, helping you launch a career in high‑earning sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact senior business owners and directors by phone to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to company growth.
• Provide detailed product information, handle objections, and close deals.

Required profile

• Previous work experience in hospitality or a similar customer‑facing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive base salary up to £26,000 (DOE) with OTE of £45,000.
• Uncapped commission, quarterly bonuses up to £4,000 and guaranteed commissions for the first three months.
