About the role

Key responsibilities
- Support the sales team in prospecting, qualifying and closing B2B deals.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist account managers with client relationship building and account maintenance.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews.
Required profile
- University degree in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
