Environmental Compliance Advisor

About the role

The Environmental Compliance Advisor is central to Valpak’s compliance solutions, acting as the first point of contact for members and customers. The role offers cross‑departmental exposure, travel to meetings and events, and involvement in various projects, allowing the individual to develop a broad skill set.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for member regulatory queries, delivering advice and technical assistance.
• Ensure all data submitted by members meets current regulatory standards and manage the data round process.
• Manage a portfolio of member accounts, support customer retention and identify additional service opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven customer service experience with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Full, clean UK driving licence; degree‑level education is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyse complex information, prioritize workload and multitask.
