Equipment Operator

About the role

As an Equipment Operator in our Production Team, you will ensure that all machinery runs smoothly, support daily operations, and help optimise workflow by quickly resolving technical and operational faults.

Key responsibilities

• Report product and equipment issues in assigned areas.
• Clear machine faults efficiently and work with team members to rectify them.
• Complete reports for damaged cases and other picking‑machine issues.
• Use system widgets and reports to monitor material flow and equipment performance.
• Return products and cases outside of automation to designated locations.
• Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping floors and removing dust from equipment and panels.
• Escalate repetitive faults and provide feedback on system performance.
• Operate system equipment according to order messages and adhere to all safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma; technical education is a plus.
• Entry‑level electromechanics training is an asset.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights exceeding 30 meters.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to travel for training if required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of electromechanics.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable handling equipment.
