Equipment Owner – Rotating Weekend & Mid‑week Shifts

About the role

KP Snacks is seeking an Equipment Owner to take responsibility for key production equipment at its Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch site. You will work a rotating schedule of weekend and mid‑week shifts, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently and to the highest performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of designated equipment, monitoring safety, quality and productivity.
• Lead Autonomous Maintenance activities, including Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) and Centre Line (CL) tasks.
• Use data, scorecards and daily management systems to identify and eliminate losses.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of operational‑excellence initiatives.

• Problem‑solver who enjoys taking ownership of equipment.
• Team‑player able to work across Manufacturing and Engineering.
• Willingness to work rotating weekend and mid‑week shifts.
