E‑Retail Trade Marketing Executive – UK & Ireland

About the role

Sisley is seeking an E‑Retail Trade Marketing Executive to support the growth of its online retail presence across the UK and Ireland. Based in London, you will work closely with the E‑Retail Trade Marketing Manager, internal marketing and sales teams, and external e‑retail partners to ensure the brand is well represented and new product launches are executed flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate 360° market activation plans for key trading moments on e‑retail platforms.
• Collaborate with the Global Creative team to produce and deliver assets for trade activations, ensuring correct sizing and naming.
• Assist in building engaging product pages and supporting new e‑retailer openings.
• Manage critical paths for new product development (NPD) launches, including asset submission and line forms.
• Organise gift‑with‑purchase (GWP) and sampling send‑outs.
• Monitor online stock levels with retail partners, compile weekly stock reports and pre‑empt availability issues.
• Support UK marketing plans for Sisley Paris and Hair Rituel by Sisley, and contribute to digital components of third‑party campaigns.
