About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Support Specialist to join our global remote team. You will assist customers through voice calls, live chat, and email, delivering clear, professional, and positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish and English via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve inquiries related to orders, products, accounts, and general support efficiently.
• Offer clear solutions with a strong focus on customer experience.
• Build positive relationships through empathetic and professional communication.
• Accurately log interactions and updates using CRM and support tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards and improve processes.
• Share feedback and trends identified during interactions to drive operational improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably remote.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Previous experience with bilingual support or e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar CRM systems (desired).
• Organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
