Estate Agent Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Estate Agent Branch Manager to lead a growing branch in Southsea. The successful candidate will drive new business, motivate a team of agents, and ensure professional delivery of the property sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and secure new property listings and sales opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of estate agents to achieve targets.
• Oversee valuations, instruction gaining and the full sales cycle.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
• Report performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in residential estate agency, including valuations and instruction gaining.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings up to £65,000 per year.
• Choice of company car or £4,000 car allowance.
• Every other Saturday working pattern.
