About the role

Join Alexander & Co, a leading residential lettings, sales and property management firm, as a Sales Consultant in Winslow. This full‑time onsite position offers the chance to develop your estate agency career within a supportive, national company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise business opportunities and generate new sales leads.
• Advertise properties, arrange viewings and register applicants.
• Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
• Network with developers and build local community alliances.
• Act as the communication link between client and vendor, sharing information.
• Prepare accurate property details and ensure precise data entry.
• Manage the full sales process from viewing to closing.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record.
• Strong sales ability and high level of customer service.
• Positive telephone manner and attitude.
• Negotiation skills and tenacity.
• Self‑starter with drive to succeed and ability to build trusted relationships.
