About the role
We are looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Dennistoun, Glasgow. As part of Connells Group’s Slater Hogg & Howison brand, you will work in a supportive environment that offers clear pathways for career progression across sales, lettings, mortgage services and more.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and book property valuations.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
- Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
- Maximise appointment scheduling for the branch.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience is desirable.
- Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven setting.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
