About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Estates Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects for an established Oxford‑based company. The role acts as a key link between project teams, contractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead coordination of major and minor capital projects from planning through to delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants and internal teams.
- Manage project finances, budgets and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor progress, risks and performance, producing reports for senior stakeholders and committees.
- Support governance processes, preparing papers, attending meetings and tracking actions.
- Contribute to procurement processes and supplier management for smaller projects.
- Provide analytical insight to improve systems, maintenance processes and project outcomes.
Required profile
- Degree‑level education or equivalent with proven project coordination/management experience.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

- Microsoft Excel
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £37,000 to £45,000 per annum.
