EUC Specialist – Modern Windows & Azure Virtual Desktop

About the role

Are you an experienced EUC specialist looking to take ownership of a modern Windows environment within a global professional services organisation? We’re recruiting an EUC Technical Systems Analyst to develop, secure and continuously improve the end‑user computing estate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance a Windows 11 EUC environment, including packaging, deployment and maintenance via Intune, MECM and PSADT.
• Configure Windows Autopilot and zero‑touch provisioning, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and use Microsoft Graph API to automate routine tasks and reduce manual effort.
• Oversee Windows patching, compliance, remediation and endpoint security with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Troubleshoot complex application and endpoint issues at a 3rd‑line level and monitor performance, reliability and user experience.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft end‑user computing technologies in a medium‑to‑large multi‑site environment.
• Proactive, technically curious and comfortable taking ownership of complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with security, infrastructure, applications and project teams.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on‑call rota, rotating every 5‑7 weeks.
